To illustrate this, if a commercial were to show a female gushing sweat like that, it would have been widely considered more gross and unacceptable than funny. Against males it's creating the inadequate consensus that "males are dirty, smelly and/or ridiculable", but both males and females who sweat a lot may suffer another blow to their self-confidence.
