But anyway India has great resources and a booming economy to purchase whats needed all it needs is better pilot training for its pilots then it will be a forced o reckon with.

whats wrong with IAFs planes, there SU-39 MKI has a speed of 2+mach but there flying it as if it goes 2 miles per hour and there maneuvering with the plan is horrible. Yes Quantity and Quality of fighters matter but if there isent a skilled pilot behind the plane its worthless. India need to train there pilots with some foreign help such as RAF for distance fighting and Isreal for close range dogfighting who are next best to PAF at such a skill,
