  • love this song, love the band !!! thanx for posting !!!

  • You are right blockaspewq, the No. 1 bass player of the world ever is on stage, but this is not Wetton, but GARRY THAIN ! One of the lot who died at 27.

  • My man ":Wetton",#1 Bassplayer of All-time.

..Last time I saw him was with "U. K." They opened for J.Tull [Stormwatch tour]and they were

BY FAR better than Tull [and I love Iam Anderson] Remember that "Lil' old band "ASIA",they were'nt to bad either. Jon's career has spaned almost 50years-BRAVO !!

  • wat a great song

  • PERKELE KUN ON HYVÄ!

  • Saw Ken Hensley in Mexicali, Mexico at a festival called "BAJA PROG" when I was 14 years old...since that day my life has changed

  • Like the drums

  • @ZatoichiBlindSword love the bass :0)

  • The geek Uriah Heep was a character in Charles Dickens' David Copperfield. He kinda looked like a human hat rack ....

  • "Uriah Heep" were support for "Alice Cooper" (2007) can you believe that? .-)

  • @fortheloveoftunes to see both play, i would care who supported who....

  • @datarecoil whoops typo? its the AK its coming on and on... anyway that was. "i wouldn't (would not) care who supported who" .....sorry about that.

  • Saw them in Toronto in the 70's --love them !!!

  • @NancyMbWpg I saw them in Helsinki 72 - it was loud n great!

  • I was over seas when in germ. came home bought the album. still have it.

  • Ugh

  • que temonnnnnnnn !!!

  • Makes me wonder, did Queen's frontman influence UH, or did Uriah Heep's frontman influence Queen?...JAT...

  • @JohnsFavRockers seeing as UH preceded Queen ....

  • Im going to wear davids suit when i get married

  • Incredible resemblance in sight and sound to This Is Spinal Tap :D

  • First band i ever saw live albeit with John Sloman singing, still have ticket stubb 50p!!!! great music and still rocking.

  • I am Really new here and I like this music

  • Uriah Heep The Best

    :D

  • powerful fan base, pure love

  • Best live band EVER!

  • To AttilatheThrilla.. Deep Purple and Uriah Heep Toured together in 74.. I'd never heard of them both.. I went to see Buddy Miles. He was the Head line...It was a great show. Went out the next day and both LPs. Ben a fan of both band since..I've been a Buddy Miles fan since Band Of Gypsys. What has happen to Rock'n Roll?

  • A seriously under-rated an appreciated band,, For me these guys are metal history right along with Sabbath n Deep Purple

  • @AttilatheThrilla sooo fucking true mate!!!!! indeed

  • @AttilatheThrilla Same of what you said goes for Deep Purple and Jethro Tull too! And Rainbow and many others.....

  • lee kerslake!

  • классно,очень живо,супер

  • from metalheads and punks who always loved a-ha.

  • wow,i just discovered this band..and i cant understand why the hell it isn´t more famous than bands like the beattles, they are incredibly original...well,maybe because they are too good to the music industry, the same happen with another great band i discovered recently A-HA.so as i can see the people here realy know apreciete music,if you want take a look at this band i said.they were sold as a comercial band but the other stuff of them is great and ive seen a lot of coment there

  • NO COMMMENT: just A STUNNING THING .RIGHT HERE!

  • God-Damn are they ever tearing it up

  • what do you call an Irish Pussy... Mick Box

  • @Blitzez funny cause he is from london piss off if you don't like REAL MUSIC !

  • Gary Thain - my hero! RIP

  • OK, there's a lot of good, great bands from the 70s, why is the heep getting so many views? Hell, even ELP, ELO, Yes don't get over 3 million views. What gives?

  • @probrojeffro Heep rock! ;-) I guess a lot of people, like me, prefer this music when rock'n'roll was still alive before modern overproduced songs in the hand of the musical industry. True, Uriah Heep were much inhibited by their producer Gerry Bron, but they still had much more to say than artists of today. We're simply fed up with Britney and Justin Bieber and want some real music with heart and soul.

  • @fbendz We still have music with heart and soul. You just gotta get off the radio! You want heart and soul? Check out Mofro,Dropkick Murphys,Eric Lindell, Flogging Molly,Slayer,Hatebreed,Five Finger Death Punch,Clutch.....................Rock on Brother!!!

  • @fbendz Yeah, I hear ya....but you sound just like my dad sounded in the mid 70's...he used to tell me the same thing...how deep purple, uriah heep, allmen bros, Hendrix...how they all just couldnt compare to the quality and originality of music of the 40's and 50's.

  • @PICKNGRIN000 I agree with you. I grew up in the ;60s and 70s and love that music, but I make it a point never to say that it was better than today's music because I don't want to sound like my parents. This music is better for me, but not everyone feels the same way. Each generation likes their music the best. That's the nature of the beast.

  • @DominickFontana Well, i'm 25 and i like this kind of music WAY more than today's. What you can say definitly is that bands like uriah heep will make people love their music, no matter how much time is gone.

  • @jeronimo486 Hi. Well, that's nice to hear. Maybe you like it because you heard it when your parents played it. Good for you.

  • @DominickFontana im 20 and i met this band by you tube,so i support jeronimo486..my parents dont know this band..so be sure that good music will live forever..that most of people prefer to follow the mass is another question.

  • now listenen to the heep with headhpones the sound 100 times better!

  • A little silly but I got to see Uriah open up for Def Leppard in 1983.Good show man!

  • strangely enough, i saw the same visual effects when I saw them in the early 70's ;-)

  • One of the first bands I saw live in the early 70`s. Great.

  • yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssssssss

  • 1971-1973 best Rock Band!!!

    2. Purple 3. Sabbath 4. UFO 5. Quo

  • This song never lasted enough for my taste.

  • liked this song back then & still do. Thanx for posting !!!

  • ROCK is still alive

  • @akakirasmusisfani No it's not you idiot; it's long since dead, all that remains is a rotting lifeless husk.

  • 高校時代安いポータブルステレオで、LPレーコードを擦り切れるほど聴きました。

    久しぶりに聴いて、興奮しました。 いいものはいいですねー!!!

  • Class!

  • the jacket moves are in another video from Shepperton concert -- "So Tired" :-)

  • Didn't here this song more than 20 years...So much positive energy, memories on good old times.Young people today, most of them, are listening funny, strange music, and do not have so much sentiment for good music.

  • And to think I saw them in concert :D !

  • hi there hard rocking Heep fans look at this plizz cheers

GARY MOORE - BLOOD OF EMERALDS, Polish Tribute to the Irish Guitar Legend

  • Damn straight.

  • I'm starting a traditional power metal band...

I'm wondering if Uriah Heep's material can be played with out a keyboardist

  • @Freyja1133 I'm an old Rock Dog (1st concert almost 49 years ago)..I say, go for it!

  • ein absoluter klssiker

  • Thinking back, there's more than a little Christianity in this song.

  • awesome......keep on rockin`

  • URIAH HEEP,DEEP PURPLE,RAINBOW,UFO,SABBATH,ZEPPELIN,NAZARETH !!

acdc i realy poor and boring hate me but this is most overrate band ever ;d

  • @sawiola55 you say AC/DC is the most overrated band ever. Wow I thought I was the only who thought that :) AC/DC = SAME CHORDS AND DRUM BEATS in every song.

  • @sawiola55 Obviously, you're an idiot due to your poor grammar and syntax. I agree with ac dc though.

  • Comment removed

  • @godbluffvdgg

save your breath big-head the thing is about ac/dc not about my english .

  • I luv the drummer,so constant and solid........ i love the band too..(the original line up)

  • As good as a rock band can get!

  • Lots of comments about how today's music sucks so bad. I attribute this to the raising of the drinking age to 21.

Back in the day, we partied at road houses. When the drinking age was raised, they all went away. But these road houses were where bands like this formed and honed their craft. No houses, no music.

  • One day ago they were in Milano i wish i were there

  • their clothing is just too awesome...got to get me a pair lol

  • Heep at their best with Byron and Thain carrying the band on stage.

  • CRAP!!

  • @MrCarlybarly Studio Heep were great - this video seems a little dated - the early 70's when I was coming into my own - about 16, 17 years old - this music was for US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • howcome pple don't make music like this anymore?..i don't understand!...i sure miss those days too. I think the yuppies of the 90's just 'killed' all soul in ppl..since the mid 90s nothing in music has been worth a listen

  • @SuperLuckao Your parents said the same thing 40 years ago. Just got to be open to listen to new music until you find something that's good. A lot of crap music out there now just like there was a lot of crap music back in the 70's

  • @SuperLuckao fair enough!..you're right..i only like it because it is familiar with my youth ;)..hmm..any suggestions as to good music today?..i'm not very adventurous anymore..keep listening to the old stuff..still, thanx for the comment..just that i think ppl like Ladt Gaga should really dissappear

  • Toured in Italy with Ìl Baletto de Bronzo`Opening band for Heep, was just amazing, That time they were GRAND in Italy, must say Heep are good old rock stuff, it will go on for ever, just amazingly great LOVE....

  • muito bom para a altura bom~som

  • way way way too much BLACK influence and ganster bullshit in the so called music ha ha ha today is right..the african beat continues..but I dont have to buy it or listen to it, and the white children eat it up, just what the communist want to destroy America from the inside out, and they are getting their wish, obama=joke

  • buhaaaaaaaaaaaa....great,just perfect!

  • this might be better than deep purple

  • I saw them live in Cologne in 1973. Oh, I remember. They were so bad, so very bad ...

    But I loved their music.

  • Geil!!!!!

  • best

  • gregboyds, who gives a f>>>, i agree with turkica56, we need to get back to the 60s , 70s , what a time we would have, have just got back from cornwall, after a weeks holiday, they are so laid back there, it should be on prescription to spend one week in the south , west. surfing, swiming, taking the dogs for a run, watching the dudes surfing, i think i could retire there. but i would give everything, even my life to bring back david garrick. full stop........ luv to all xxxxx

  • Spielen heuer beim Harleytreffen beim Faakersee!!!!Wird sicher geil:-)

  • The Heap ruled!!

  • i love this

  • I saw them live in 1977 when I was stationed in West germany. They did a great set even without Byron. I saw Ted Nugent, Mandred Mann and Aerosmith that same day.

But I do miss the late 70's, when I saw lots of great shows: Rainbow w/ BOC, Trower, Sabbath w/ Van Halen, UFO w/ Molly Hatchet, Iron Maiden, Aerosmith w/ Foreigner and ACDC, The Eagles w/ Steve Miller, Santana and BOC many times, etc. Great memories of all those shows.
