  • I have an armadillo living in my front yard....keeps messing up the mulch. >.<

  • What states are these illegal in?

  • donde lo encontraste?

  • It obviously loves you if it's not in the "ZOMG I AM GONNA DIE" fetal position.

  • it looks like a cross between a pig, a rat, and a turtle. a surprisingly adorable combination!

  • Nice animal!!!

  • AWWW! I want iiiiiiitttt!

  • Why are we eating armadillos. They are the cutest and smartest creatures out there.

  • @heartlessvietboy wait . . u're eating them ? that sounds kinda nasty to me, but then again . .

    they're reeeally cute btw ! !

  • In America they are taught to speak gibberish. Words that aren't really meant are used.

  • @heartlessvietboy . . . what ?

  • "Possum on a halfshell. Leprosy, anyone?

  • 0:34 ''RAPIST''!

  • Speaking of armadillos in Europe....I have always found it amusing to see armadillos in the orginal 1931 "Dracula." I knew that they were not indigenous to Europe, but there they are! I think that they supposed to be portraying giant rats - which to any self respecting armadillo is an insult.... I saw one in the wild last week in St. Aug. Florida - kind of cute, really.

  • Just imagine a really strong Mexican accent: ARRRRMANDOOOOO ARRRMADILLLLLOOOOOO!!!

  • they are like pigs if pigs were bugs

  • armadillos are awesome

  • Awesomeness oveload

  • watching this video makes me all cheerful ^^ *Hugs the armadillo* <3

  • Awesone, I want one, can they survive in Europe?

  • @FuryGearSolid Unfortunately no, these little guys could be found in humid areas. For some it's the southern United States All the way to the Amazon. If you were to bring it to Europe the poor thing would just be a frozen bowling ball.

  • "oh great, the paparazzi"

  • @LaurenMinutes ITS SO FLUF.........scalie?

  • @Ironzealot7531 actualy armadillos can be litterbox trained. They also will shit in hidden places of your roomates room if he kicks her across the house @ 4AM while trying to get to the potty.

  • haha :)

  • the back look s like a centipede

  • looks like an armored chihuahua

  • can u get these as pets

  • Yes, but it's not encouraged considering they're wild animals.

They're quite calm and you can practically walk up to one and it won't do anything.

Apparently there are some odor issues, something like a musk and they are nocturnal so they're up when you're alseep.

  • I am from Massachusetts so I don't know much about these critters.....so they are found in the USA? That armor plating is just fascinating ....a marvel of evolution

  • they can be found in texas man

  • Lol we have tons of them in Louisiana. Find them in my front yard all the time

  • @cajunboi23

That's so cool i'm jealous,i live in England and there ain't any.can you send me one?

  • It looks like if a Roach and a Rat had sex that is what the babies would look like.

  • Oh my gosh, he's darling. I didn't even know people kept them as pets.

  • Are they good pets?

    Do they mind being handled?

  • my armadillo was pretty hard to get.. - we had to get a permit(wich is free) - then we had to buy every thing(about $800) - we had to find 1 ( $4000) - finaly luv them but its all worht it now we have 5 they dont stay in cages they run in ur house...

  • $4000???? You're kidding.....we have them in our yard every night. We catch them and turn them loose in the woods away from our lawn because they dig it up. I'll catch you one and sell it for a lot less than that!!!!!

  • cool ill buy one, just name your price ...wait do they bite?....[well i guess anything that has a mouth does/is capable, am i rite?]

  • I'm pretty sure Ant eaters don't bite =P
