i hate when ppl say shit like u gotta be cautious NOW or in todays day and age...as if there was a point in time where not being cautious would be ok-----at no point in history-- if u could go back and make it the present-- would anyone say 'no need to be cautious, everything is easy pickings!!' ...there's some weird element /illlusion of ppl using the present just because were in the here and now as THE TIME!! far from the truth....
Just don't think like a former boxing champion otherwise your only thoughts will be about pigeons and trying to silence the echoing screams in your head.
the proceeds from this book will barely cover the salary of his hairstylist who painstakenly combs and sculpts his elaborate combover over his bald head every morning.
A millionaire ripping off tax payers by filing multiple company bankruptcies. If your business failed then you fail and this book is fail. Probably all his money is bank owned.
The bankruptcy bill, that was passed in 2005, has made it easier for the wealthy to declare bankrupty when they don't need to. It also makes it harder for those that need it to file for it. You now have to pay back all your debt before declaring bankruptcy. The new rules can ruin the average person's credit for 10 years. some Dems and mostly republicans voted for this.
donald trump never went bankrupt in his career, when the markets dried up in the 90's he lost billions and let go of his weaker, cash draining companies, and today the Trump Empire is stronger than it's ever been. check out the Trump International towers, Trump golf courses, or the fact that he own the miss america and miss universe beauty pageants. the guy is far from broke
