I think this is Telemann Sonata in E minor, TWV 40:104, movement 4, Vivace. I have been looking for a midi version or a place to buy the sheet music but haven't found it yet. Can you tell me where you got yours?
hire someone, preferably a musician, to sit with the trio and clap the beats. For a more authentic and period-appropriate method, bang a large staff on the ground. It looks great and sounds great too because its beating what your playing!

@ebgineer The copies are Baerenreiter Urtext and they are not for oboe, they are "Six Sonatas for two Flutes or two Violins."
