  • Good to see this asshole busy building more places that will never exist.

  • erm how exactly are you meant to cross the road there

  • amazing

  • so cute

  • they never look as good as they do in this CGI videos. Trust me as good as it would look, the view of and skies look that bit extra nice in CGI vids lol...in real life, you see the nasty , dusty look , those buildings will get dirty fast.

  • STEPHEN CARL MURPHY CO.

  • oh my god :D

  • a "new icon" again and again? dubai has always been impressing the world with so many architectures and landscapes. and yet, no one of their creations have solely identified the city. they already have the burj al arab, then the burj dubai and palm jumeira. they also have some on going structures which again quotes as a new icon for the city. plenty of "icons" for dubai but which is which?

  • dubai is dead. prepare for another 80% slam.

  • The most beatiful city in the world is going to be Dubai/UAE. You can't find Such foundations to Europe... Well done to UAE

  • I wish it would be that green .. dubai is great at all

  • OMg does this already exist or they plan to build it?

  • the most Parts are exist !

  • wow amazing.... I think Dubai is a really cool city...

  • "environmentally sensitive" in the desert. Good joke.

  • 3/4 of million people have left! Why?

    They are broke also....

But I still love it there.

  • thank's to US ARABIC ;)

  • amazing!!!

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW

  • the future is today!

  • Where do they get all those sand from?

  • the Desert!

  • the new babalyon

  • Really? Are you familiar with the desert from all those children books with pictures you read?

Of course there is vegetation in the desert! Also, what was the purpose of that comment anyways?

  • I am arab from UAE. Hi to everyone.

  • DUBAI The city of the Future !

  • this is my favorite palm island from the others

  • a qauter of a millinion thats not alot

  • that's 1/4 million people living in a man made island in the middle of the sea.

    it's a respectable "city"

  • wow...well maybe this is too much what are they doing there in Dubai...but looks good...

    I'd like live there...any nice Dubai man?hihi

  • Dubai will go crazy with their proposals!!

But i don't blame them, because they have a strong dream to build & create unlike any other city on earth

  • Your right thats what happens when you have a dream YOU OVER DO IT i think its just too much.

  • I agree !!!

  • it's mainly their crazy visionary prince, who has mental ideas that actually get carried out. like the world islands

  • Yeah! No wonder Dubai is the only city that is actually trying to be different i mean look at all the other developed countries with the same ordinary designs.

  • the project is scraped off

  • They say this place is multicultural but there are no black people in the adverts f em.

  • Are you kidding me? Don't even try to pull the whole racial issue, when we are talking about the Middle East. Trust me the place is truly multicultural - none of that fake bullshit with black to white ratio US crap.

People of different skin colour, culture and religion really live and work side by side.

  • I agree, Dubai is a racist free city (and so is Abu Dhabi), ive lived there for 3 years and that was the best time in my life. im planning on moving to dubai permenantly with my family. it is a good place to raise your kids.

  • @worldcomm okey dokee , I can't bail you guys out either

  • @worldcomm Except for the SE Asian migrant workers and Philippino maids lol

  • @worldcomm very well worded. all that ratio bollocks comes from the US and is a waste of time.

    ابوظبي والعين

  • Yeah, I used to live in Dubai. I went to school along side all sorts of different nationalities. Indians, Arabic, Canadian, African, English. So to say that Dubai has no black people is utter crap. Infact, I think it is one of the least racist- cities of the world.

  • Dubai is not for billionaires only. Also simple millionaires feel quite comfortable in here :)

In fact the rich population never lives on the palms - these are the residences of the higher middle class. There are far more expensive properties in dubai for the upper class, such as Emirates Hills, Al Barari etc

  • Why doesn't the sheikh order some lower emissions requirements on the vehicles in Dubai? Every single image or video available for Dubai shows beautiful architecture, and thick, disgusting SMOG. All of these waterfront properties mean nothing if you can't see to the horizon! I understand UAE was built on fossil fuels, but jesus..

  • @worldcomm they seem not to be so comfortable , running away from sharia bankruptcy laws , leaving cars behind.

dubai is a a pyramid scam with buildings

  • @ConstantC4 "sharia bankruptcy laws"? Really? Do you have any idea what the fuck you are talking about, or just spunk from your pseudo-smart word usage? If there would be a "sharia bankruptcy law", you wouldn't run from it, you would embrace it.

Dude, just stop talking shit - you make it too obvious, that you really dont know what you are talking about.

  • @worldcomm lmao that was epic

  • this is sad because normal people cant live/ saw this never.. only billionaires...

  • Such a cool place but if your a billionaire thats so tragic

  • i didnt say that.

    iam not even rich.. lol

    Iam normal

  • Ya me Two i lived there for 6 months

  • DUBAI, ROX. but hang on, why they don't tell us the average price of the properties? not we normal ppl can get reach of, i think. so sad.

  • condos start at 180,000 usd on the palm island and come with a residential visa ,because it is in a free trade zone.

  • Palm is not a trade free zone. There are no offices on any of the three palms. The free trade zone you may be referring to is JAFZA, but it does not have any residential premises. It is basically a huge port and bunch of warehouses, as you would expect from any free trade zone.

  • hell yea !!!

  • wow. dubai rocks!
