  • I find them in my ditch all the time in Vancouver during the spring and summer they keep up at night with there croaking

  • Just had success this year. I walk around the pond where the undergrowth is not that thick. When I hear a peeper, go low to the ground. Move around so you can zero in on its location. It helps to have a head light. Turn it on and look for the moving throat sac. They are usually very shiny too. Scan from bottom up. It works for me. Caught 3 tonight!! They sometimes call in captivity which is very entertaining! Good luck!

  • Thanks. Unfornately I've moved to California since my last post. Way too dry here for Spring Peepers.... I miss them.

  • in summer they sit on small green plants in a forest....n sit there.....i found 43 last year and twenty one this year....in fall(sometimes nights)u can find them crossing the streets.i found one in my front yard lol
