Heey,love your vids. You were mentioning something bout pushing hard on the home button? I thought i would give a little tip xD i have been having the same problem it could be the ifexdirect or your phone how to fix it (if its your phone/ipod) is that you open up voice control (hold homebutton) and what that does is that it reactivates the homebutton this fixing your homebutton. The way apple installed it they added that xD thought i would share that

@moto815 these parts do not work for the 4s. They do however have different sets for the 4s. When you look at the phone the screws on the bottom hold the plates together. It costs about 200 dollars.
