Oh god. O__O It looks like... it's incredibly tired... I feel like a pet store isn't the best place for an owl, especially considering they're nocturnal and people would be in and out of the store wanting to see it ALL DAY which is when it's trying to sleep. =S

FunFact: About eight or so years ago, I was driving to or from work (at the time, I worked at a catalog company) through a game reserve at night and white ghostly form swo0ped in front of me mere feet from my windshield. I have no doubt it was an owl. Not sure what kind.

There are plenty of these owls in zoos in Japan. Ueno zoo, Maruyama Zoo, Asahiyama Zoo, Yokohama Zoorasia, all of them have this beautiful species for display, but this is the second video I've seen where the owl is for sale in Japan.
