in version 1.8 i have a grid in google maps. i cannot choose my own area but all the boxes that are conteinted in the highlighted area. how i can remove the grid?

i have a question, i hope you can help me. Can you use google earth map, and put the roads from the Mapnik maps on it? over merging with the layers?? so i could see the roads more cleary

If I make a map of my city from Google maps as source, can I use it with Google Maps Navigation Android application to avoid internet subscription and enjoy free navigation?

I know I can use AndNav but I want to use Google Navigation app.
