To be fair he's not spoiled or pampered; In fact i think his obnoxiousness comes from the fact that he has never been spoiled or pampered. In an episode where Brendan went to Fenton's house for a sleepover, we saw him playing in the rain, going to bed at 6:30, getting up at 5.30, eating plain rice frequently, and sleeping under plastic sheets. I think now that he's met Brendan, who does so much with his life, his jealousy turns him unsociable.
