The driver was right. The discipline to be kept and what he did was right. In India, it will be the other way. The driver do not mind to stop the bus in the Bus stop. He will stop the bus at his wish and makes the passengers run for it. Most of the times, the driver stops the bus in the middle of the road and makes the other vehicles to stop behind him. Like seriously? 3 ways: 1) Stop on the road and let the passengers in which will take bout 1-2 mins. 2) Stop the bus on the road, open the door and signal them to move back for the bus to steer in (More courteous manner) 3) Just shove them in like what the video depicts.
