  • def need to get a better fit or just make adjustments

  • is the frame the right size for you?

  • seat is clearly too high.

    loss all the spacers.

  • Seat too high, to little knee angle at max pedal stroke. hip/knee/ankle should = about 35 deg)

    Bars too close. hip/shoulder/elbow should be about 90 deg.

  • change out your stem for a much, much longer one. youre up way too high and your weight isnt distributed evenly.
