This is not to say that they will be exactly that they may change their plans and geographic borders to include/exclude others and be called by different names when they do. But so far this is all I managed to get from the various sources of information I've read and watched. No argument , but you should not discredit a theory wether fact or fiction they tend to surface eventually.

@dischordia23 Give it another decade or so. You'll get the Union. It's funny people view things on how things affect them. They use this programming to to judge something like this video to prove to themselves that there is no need to worry its 2010 and no North American Union. If they judge things without prejudice they would see that the news commentator might have just got the date wrong. No one knows for sure when the union will come, but its going to come sooner rather than later.
