Yes, this is a lovely song and I love all the songs in the film, but there is also plenty of very good music today - just open your ears and listen. Explore what is out there beyond the top 100. As for Beyoncé, she has a good voice (though, personally, I only like a few of her songs, but that has nothing to do with her voice) and there are plenty of good singers around today.

Great post. Brings back memories from when I was 12. At that age, Kelly was a dream girl.
Notice how feminine she is when she delicately outlines his facial features with her index finger.
Later in the movie at the party she takes a man's drink, sips on it and gives it back.
A guy couldn't do that with the same naturalness.
She had many other distinctively feminine gestures and movements.

it's coming up to the 3rd anniversary of my grandads death. this song was his + my nans song and was played at the funeral, i can't listen to it without getting upset but it is such a beautiful song. my god though, i miss him, everyday i miss him.
