There are seven chakiras the first is located at the bottom of the spine the second just below the stomach and the third in the stomach...the fourth is located in the heart the fifth is in the throat the sixth is in the centre if your forehead and the seventh is located at the crown of the head, chakiras are swirling pools if energy in our bodies and we must clear our chakiras to let our chi/energy flow peacefully through our bodies

i felt that an enormous amount of thought was put into the sounds. each chakra depiction seemed perfectly matched with its given audio. even the subtle bird noises at the crown chakra gave me a feeling of renewal like early morning. when i closed my eyes the sound was like a wave of green and red light enveloping me until i let it permeate me. my chakric regions are vibrating and pulsing as i write this. thank you Psimatix.

I noticed while meditating and get to ajna and sahasrara chakras I feel my forehead and crown tingling and a substance comes down from my crown also I feel a cold air going intro my nostrils. As matter of fact my nose becomes so cold and this last for around 30 min.and then light headache and my eyes hurts.Please somebody tell me what's going on? I'l appreciate it.Thanks!!

@DoxJo09 Your body is simply adjusting to the resonance frequency. Try to relax as though you are going to sleep. Don't cross your eyes or gaze at the tip of your nose. Simply relax and you should be fine.

I love chakra meditations. I want to get more into it. But I still don't understand if you are supposed ot work on them all in one sitting going from base upwards and just keep going that. Or if you work on only base chakra for all sittings until you feel it opened/cleared and then go to the next. :S

It depends upon your needs... as a daily balancing meditation, move through all seven, but when you really want to work through an issue or chakra, spend your time and focus where it counts - there's no wrong way to do it, doing it at all is a benefit.

@LeighSpusta try this as you go to sleep, syncopate the ribbons and channel them through one chakra using a multi-phasing focus without expelling chi to re-create the light and banish the darkness, the use of the meditation is to take away bad impure thoughts or meme's like negative self projection and help you to see that all this crazy mubojumbo you feel about yourself is projected at you, dont let the darkness ensume you, we are all one, if you panic focus on where you were before you drifted

I love this clip. I made a conscious effort to relax and just let things flow. I did become fairly relaxed but nothing much changed until it got to the SAHASRARA then something in my body changed. I don't know anything about what those symbols mean. All I know is that SAHASRARA definitely did something.
