@Jamestown-This facility is the world leader for galvanizing.... they do have multiple facilities around the world that special in the smaller work you are referring to. This particular plant process anything from small parts to large transmission poles.
@gorockgo- It's nice to see enthusiasm from a fellow galvanizer. What type of facility is Galvcast? Hydrochloric or sulfiric acid? large or small product?
you guys can only do hang work?? no centerfuge?? we can do big hang work too, but we also do allot of nuts, bolts, full threaded rods, one of our specialtys: washers!! were one of the only one in the industry that can assure a less than 2% suck part. 75% of our workers have worked there for over 15years. i also see you guys use no flux. our workers are right infront of the kettle, so we always use it. interesting video though. galvanizing is a verry interesting process, ive dont it for a while!!
well were pro's at it.. and it is a specialty.. i dnt think you kan do any better.. being the only ones in the idustry with the ability to galvanize almost anything.. i dnt think you have any room to talk. if u galv, ur company probobly sends us the parts you kant do! every one from Empire galv, to S&C elec. depends on us. even the state of illinois!!

Every galvanizing plant need flux before the bath of the steel. and i dont consider washer and bolts a specialty.. more like a head ache...
