And...just for the record. I think Mr Lambert is an amazingly gifted young man and I can't wait to see and hear more of what he can produce musically. I've always said - the performers with the least musical integrity have to put on teh biggest shock show to get people to notice them. Adam is way better than that.

I didn't think kissing another man was the offensive part of that performance. Not everyone who watches a music awards show is quite that open about viewing simulated sex on teh TV. The gender of the participants was not really the issue at all.

i think the AMA performance was alright. it's the 21st century now, people have to learn how to be more open-minded about sexuality. we cannot be always stuck with the thought that homosexuality is gross and stuff like that. we have to learn how to accept such facts that homosexuality exist and people such as adam lambert wants to bring such message out. thanks.

he is a smart guy. "not the best first impression to make". But I agree if people didnt like it only because of the gay thing, that sucks. I didnt really like the performance becuz I thought it looked sloppy and unrehearsed and his voice didnt sound that great :( But I didnt really like the "crotch-dive" and wouldnt of even if it was a girl! Thats just nasty. hope his concerts dont have a lot of racey stuff cuz I would love to see him again! Love u ADAM!

Adam himself said he got carried away. He was so excited & I'd guess a mixture of being on cloud 9 & feeling like being present & awake in his own dream. We've all had varying degrees of going too far or a slip up with saying the wrong things. Imagine doing that on a world stage, esp where some ppl are just waiting for you to f* up. He's acknowledged it & that's the only way ppl begin change.

On a side note, plz don't lump all religious into a pile of hate- many of us Christians love everyone<3
