  • wow man awsome i c u hav a lot of dislikes but these people r just weak haters who cant even squat the bar but hey check out my lundge video were i kinda lundge 565 and i hav a heavy duty one leg squat video were i do 405 :) mplease check

  • I'm all for pushing personal bounderies and challenging yourself, however, there's nothing impressive about using more weight than you can handle with good form. It just makes you look like a noob (regardless of how much weights on the bar).

  • I would have cried if I were your back

  • i think heavy lunges are stupid and dangerous but that is really impressive. very strong

  • Wow! you made a video 1 year and 3 months before this and your physique was so different, you looked great, now you look so fat. Hopefully you got rid of the fat and now you are looking better.

  • This is senseless

  • Form > Weight

  • Not sure I'd call those lunges.

  • none of the lunges were full lunges ur front knee never broke went parallel to the ground u should use lighter weight.

  • gringo tenia que ser, hasta la huevas, ni siquiera puede hacer 3 completas

  • your a tool

  • 4/10

  • Go look into a Children's dictionary/encyclopedia and see for yourself what the action "lunge" looks like.

  • horrible form. too much weight

  • thats fukin madd

  • impressive....impressive and stupidly dangerous!

  • very bad for knee caps :S

  • Looking a little more chubby than usual mate :p

  • that would kill the shoulders.

  • form form form good god thats all people care about lol thats just oldschool strength at its finest

  • yeah.... bad form get deaper with those lunges.... WOMEN

  • Does anyone really have 200pound dumbells bud?

  • This is an accident looking to happen. You know static lunges are as effective if no more effective and is yet way safer.

  • um...i think thats y dumbells were invented?? idk just thinking out loud

  • THis is just a dumb idea...

  • awesome!

  • absolutely pointless. and go on a diet fatass

  • If I did this, my rectum would explode.

  • You're a beast.

  • Oh god i was nervous watching every little step, one wrong move and you would've been fucked

  • I feel so sorry for your poor knees.

  • i made it out ok, only time i ever did that, lol

  • @CodyNOOBBigras He have great knees i see

  • That really doesn't look very safe. No offense to the guy in the video. I hope people who watch this don't try to duplicate his form either.

Either way you look at it. It is very strong bad form or not.

  • haha, its not, that's the first and only time i ever did that, never again, just wanted to try it to see if i could do it

  • That is some sick quad and glute strength...very impressive. Hope you stay healthy!

  • is there a reason u are doing this much weight on these or what?

  • just to see if i could do it, lol, i don't train heavy like that anymore though, that was actually the first and only time i ever did those with 405

  • cool i like the belly on ya tho :)

    keep it up

  • Whats your weight here?

  • about 230ish or so

  • Looks dangerous D:

  • what is your max squat

  • FUUCK!! That is amazing. 405 lb walk lunges!

I've seen footage of Coleman doing 135 but never 405.

    That is great.

Next goal probably 500+ by next year huh!

  • we'll see what happens man, depends if my back ever makes it that far, lol

  • I do em in the rack just in case I fall :)

  • walking lunges?? how do you do that, lol, jk, i do stationary lunges in the rack sometimes, but i prefer walking lunges...

  • Nice job. 495 next week! ;)

  • idk know about that one, i was scared shitless with the 405 on my back, i don't see myself getting 495 anytime soon, but you never know, just not next week, lol

  • lol, just kidding. I only did half squats with 405 and it was pretty scary already, I can't imagine doing a lunge with it.

  • You're strong. No doubt about that. But I think we both know that wasn't the smartest thing to do. You're probably better off trying to squat 405 for 20 reps before you try doing lunges with it. If you can't squat a weight for 20 reps, do you really have any business trying to do lunges with it?

  • your probably right about that, i usually just stick with 225 when i work out, but the last few weeks i figured i'd test the limits, mainly tried it just to see if i could do it...
