I think it's a horribly tragic story but it's wonderful that even people who never even knew her or heard of her are now so aware and connected to her. I was little when she died and I only heard of her story recently, but there is a place in my heart that goes out to her...she was definitely a breathtaking beauty and it makes me so angry and heartbroken that she is no longer with us. What a terrible loss.

this memory is so prominent to me because i asked to see her the day after christmas. i was told she had died. and i remember crying....so much. when i barley knew this girl she was like the sister i never got. i had no friends yet because i was not yet in school, and she told me when we left after she hugged me that she would be my firend....my best friend. to this day she is still and will always be my best friend

my grandmother had baby-sat her once. this little girl is unbelievably important to my family, every holiday when we pray we pray for her soul at rest. i met her only once, i was one it was thanksgiving right before she died, i remember her playing with me, helping me, and laughing. she talked about how much she loved the pageants and the 'dressing up' she was the sweetest girl i have met to this day.
