  • Dont do crunches!!!!! First off they hurt twice over while preggo (experience) and second dont do u any good cuz ur tummy has to expand for the baby which is a good thing.

  • This isn't stupid at all, but rather very helpful! I'm aiming at keeping my weight gain healthy - - my doctor recommends that I gain only 30 pounds at the most. Since I enjoy jogging and exercise, my doctor told me I could continue as long as I feel comfortable. It doesn't put pressure on the baby, but keeps mom healthy and better fit for delivery!

  • this is stupid some of this stuff is really wrong its true you shouldnt lay on your back on a hard surface cuz it will put pressure on our back but you also dont have a pillow under ur shirt lol when ur doing these activities you cant jusr pull the bump outta the way to work out so only do what your body will allow you and contact yor doctor if your unsure about work out im 5 months and just started and most of the stuff this video is saying i was told to ignor so dont trust everythig you see

  • I am 7 months and I was also worried about preasure on the baby, my midwife said that because the baby is floating in water it acts as a cusion and cant be damaged by exercise
