  • At 1:02 she says that you should keep your arms straight from your shoulder to your elbow.

    ?!??!??!

    Seeing as there is no joint between the shoulder and elbow, you'd have difficulty bending the arm between those two places.

  • @makikomi one would presume she meant keeping that segment of the arm straight in regards to the rest of her body, IE: aligned.

  • I love medicine ball...but I never can get my form to look like that....may have something to do with the fact I look like the geico caveman and granny goonies' love child. :-)  Great workout, love the crosscut movement, much harder than it looks like it would be. I have a 12lb Nike ball...it kicks butt.
