Taitz is the "Queen of the birthers." She's put forth this allegation that this picture of a doc represents Obama's true birth certificate. There are very basic problems with it that make it a pretty obvious forgery. Any court submission is done under oath; if she's fallen for such an obvious hoax, then that's more evidence she has no credibility (not that she did anyway, her pleadings are packed with falsehoods). If your leader has no credibility, the movement doesn't either.

She submitted a picture of a document; she doesn't know where it actually came from (she presumes Kenya), and again, there are parts of this document that make it a blatant forgery (signed by a laundry detergent brand; "Republic of Kenya" months before its founding, Mombasa was part of Zanzibar).

Yes, for taking a blatant forgery like that and wasting the court's time on it she should be sanctioned and disbarred, along with all the other items in the lengthy bar ethics complaint against her.

While Orly Taitz was born in Russia, she emigrated to Israel and has dual US/Israeli citizenship. The California State Bar website lists her undergrad degree as Hebrew University, Jerusalem. It is curious she downplays her Israeli side and always says, "I was born in the Soviet Union". It is disloyal to the country that took her in and educated her. Could it be she is well aware of the antipathy so many on the right have toward Jews?
