I just learned about this pastor yesterday; so, I am neither anti- nor pro-Smith. However, I see, in this interview, a perfect example of how we have allowed emotion and logic to usurp scripture. Notice that he has a scriptural reference for each one of his responses; but, in her rebuttal, Lexi provides an emotional or logical remark. The part about female mannerisms in the church is especially relevant. He, simply, recited what was written by Paul. Do we only accept "some" of Paul's teachings?

Agree with him on the marriage piece, count the cost before you make the vow before God, Lexi is very religious, its evident she is talking about rituals and brother Tony Smith is talking about living right and relationship with God. Worship in churches is a joke, if we true worship could not be held every Sunday at the same time. I dont agree with women not being able to teach the gospel.

Obviously, this interview has done nothing but spiral downward since its beginning. As such, the frustration is beginning to manifest in the mannerisms of both of these individuals.

Biblically you can't divorce me, I can divorce you. It was the man's right to divorce the woman (this is biblical, doesn't sound fair but it's biblical.
