  • continue........ if the european super cars builders are using american engines to fight against the USA lol this is just so funny o god o god o god i just love that good old chevy engine its has really gonne soooooooo far

  • here some of the cars i have been telling evry one about so they can open their eyes coz the aero ssc as well as the venom henessey,`plethoreHTT ,the arash AF10,, the dragger transtar GT,and the here senvo st1 danish super car ,they all use the late vette engine LS7 in many turbo configurations exept for the bristol fightr that uses a viper 8,0 liter engine and the koenigsegg that uses a ford mustang 4,6 liter stroked to 4.7 tt as you can see the USA is so far to lose the battle against europe.

  • @IssaBendeck1 Exactly. HTT, Arash, Zenvo, Bristol, and Koenigsegg, all from Europe, use American engines. Lee Noble, one of Europes best auto designers, is using the Chevy LS9 for his new car. TVR recently switched to Chevy LS3. Plus, all the American supercar makers use Chevy V8s, SSC, Hennessey, Mosler, Transtar, and Falcon.

  • Transtar is a joke!

  • Your inclusion of the very obviously ridiculous PIPE DREAM Dagger GT, effectively disqualifies you from any serious discussion.

That's not just about cars. I hold you in the same esteem as all those wackos who show "proof" of alien landing strips on ancient Inka culture mountains or people claiming the Illuminative secretly rule this world and have left several "evidence" to their power on dollar bills.

Join reality. It will do you good.

  • @McLarenMercedes Can you for an intelligent comment? Pipe dream or not(have you ever even seen my opinion on the Dagger?), it is possible. Have you even looked at the list of people on the crew? The fact that you have no idea about what you are talking about makes your comment void.

Besides your lack of knowledge, did you even read what I wrote about the Dagger in this video?

  • ok VW is a total pussy i know that the new fastest car is or the hennessey venom or the dager gt

  • @asparuh97 The Hennessey might be able to beat the Veyron SS. It has higher drag but a smaller frontal area. The Dagger GT has 100hp more on pump gas and less drag. But the Tuatara has the best Aerodynamics and the most power. So while all the others may beat the SS, the Tuatara will stomp them all.

  • Am i the only one that thinks someone should take one of these cars and make it to where it can drive down train tracks but still also drive down road?

  • none of these cars beat rails.... Drag rails shit on these cars in any drag length...

  • @Kaboose98 "Drag rails" aren't street legal, reliable and can't turn. They may win in ONE race comparison, but would lose in every other aspect of a road car.

  • Introducing the 2020 Bugatti Veyron SSSS Gt with over 5,000hp and a top speed of shit your pants!!!!!!

  • WERES THE HTT PLETHORE?

  • @camouflagecamaro99 Did you watch the whole video? It appears at 3:09

  • I never see anyone post about the mosler land shark mt900 twin turbo an its top speed is over 250

  • @TheRozaah The Mosler MT900 Land Shark is not a production car. It is a one-off tuner car. If it actually makes the power they claim. The other major problems is anything over ~1100hp it needs race fuel, not pump gas, and it would never meet emissions as a production car.

  • ARE YOU PPL FUCKING PURE RETARDED JET POWER WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU PPL TRYING TO MAKE A F150 JET FIGHTER COME BACK TO EARTH PLZZZZ PPL

  • from the vid its got more than clear bugatti is squishing the record and maybe more than 5 or 6 cars will break the record

  • one thing to all the car makers: dont claim top speed but test it. if all car companies whould just put some money to gether, they could build something like a 30km straith road. so they can all use it and test it out.

  • @rubikfan1 I agree. SSC, Hennessey, Koenigsegg, Dagger, etc, maybe even the big 3, should build a track to use.

  • @TheOfficialKC Actually they could just use a salt flat if it had good enough traction

  • @tnphysics Salt flats have bad traction, drag and aren't always perfect smooth surfaces. VW's track is the best place.

  • sooner or later manufcturers will have to abandon wheel power and go with jet power especally with traction issues spiralling out of control.

I mean, its stupid they;re still sticking with piston and wheel power.turbine and jet is alot more better for top speed.

Tuners with wheel power all have to fumble over this and that, engine blowing, wheelspin, tranny spoiling, when those guys at a texas mile did 323mph without much effort.

  • @ASSHOLELA Turbine is better for top speed, but it isn't practical for the road. Lag, power, expense, maintenance, and it blows HOT air at the car behind you.

Wheelspin is fun, and for the most part it is controlled well with these cars. And these top companys (SSC, Bugatti, Hennessey) have all figured out reliability of engine and transmission.

  • @TheOfficialKC

you are right, at 290++mph wheeldrive is still possible and manageable.

However, what happens in year 2050 onwards? By then they might have beaten each others records to 400mph, and then wheeldriven tech becomes impossible. No choice but to use jet =)

  • @ASSHOLELA By then we are going to have so many "environmental" and safety regulations we will be lucky if supercars can hit 200mph.

And even if that didn't happen you still need to solve the problem of jet thrust destroying the cars behind them.

  • @TheOfficialKC no jet then a super car stayes like the mclaren f1 for 7 years and not the hole world is gonna buy a car going 400 mph :D just the record need jet power mabe but streed legal jet never :D just for road records for legal road cars somthing like 450 mph not more

  • @ASSHOLELA HUMP <_< * LOOKS DOWN ON YOU*

  • an aventador is enough for me :) those guys producing those creatures are suicidal manics! 1000HP is some deep crazy shit!!!

  • The author of the video forgot to add gear ratio as a major factor in top speed. That is why GTR R35's suck at standing mile runs, because the gearing is very short so it will accelerate faster for road courses, but that limits top end.

  • ITS LOTUS ELISE NOT HENESSY VENOM GT!!

  • @yoaashay There is a HUGE difference between the Lotus Elise and the Hennessey Venom GT.

  • Transtar Dagger GT has a speed of 308 mph so it didn't take the record... the Mosler MT900 Land Shark has a speed of 375 mph... :P

  • @DarkStar342100 3 problems with your comment. 1) The Mosler Land Shark is not a production car. It was a one off custom tuner car. 2) Neither the Land Shark nor the Transtar have been tested for top speed.

I doubt if the Mosler can go 300 because of it's design. At those speeds it will have zero suspension travel. Too much downforce for the springs to hold it up.

The Transtar Dagger GT isn't in production yet and hasn't been tested.

    3) Both cars' claims require race gas, not pump gas.

  • uhh wtf HTT=SSC Arash=koenigsegg Zenvo= hard top Dagger Bristol= TVR Hellcat= GT-R 35 with streched front end and bad ass enggine

  • Arash AF10 is looks like the Ferrari F60 in disguise.

  • you can get a C4 easly I don't think they use much of it anyway so one with crap engine and burn transmission is cheep enough and easy to get

  • I have a question on the last cars added in on the end how many of them have American engines I see an American flag on the hellcat I see over 1200Hp I think American push rod

  • @sirlonghair The Melling Hellcat I believe uses it's own engine. Al Melling was once a engine designer. The American flag represents that it was going to be built in the USA.

The HTT Plethore uses a Chevy, Arash AF10 uses a Chevy LS7, The Zenvo ST1 likely uses a modded LS7 but unsure, and the Bristol Fighter T uses a Viper V10.

  • the hammer was available with GM factory warranty and still is as a Callaway product YOU CAN STILL ORDER ONE. it was extremely stock like, smooth and effective on the street.Any true vet head mods his car anyway it's so cheep to do so and the paybacks so big I see zo6's in this category all over the net

  • @sirlonghair How would you still be able to order one? They haven't produced the C4 Corvette since 1996. Can you post anything that says the Sledgehammer was available from GM with a GM warranty? I won't hold my breath.

  • Two new things.

The Koenigsegg Agera R was just released. Now it has 1100hp.

The Dagger GT will now be available with up to 2500hp(on race gas).

  • you also forgot Callaway sledgehammer 254.7MPH held the record for 20 years I know it's not a contender today but deserves an honorable mention I know you consider it a non production but what is the Venom the hammer was faster than the original Veryon record and every one went so gaga over it wen an American car was doing it for 20 years for a third the price America has dominated the Hp. wars for years the dagger will go straight through there hearts

  • @sirlonghair The Callaway Sledgehammer is a very respectable car. It did 254.7mph in the 1980s. That is insane. And I believe it only had like 900hp. But for the same reason the Hennessey Venom Viper isn't mentioned in this video: it isn't a production car. It was a modified Corvette.

  • You brought up good points about the SSC and Veyron rivalry, I was driving from LA to Vegas not to long ago and I was thinking... Why don't they test the SSC out here, there was a part when I feel like I literally drove in a straight line for the better part of 5-7 miles... just a suggestion for them and the road is as smooth as can be. I think it can beat Veyron and if the current generation can't the next one definitely will.

  • you forgot Keating Super car every one of witch gets an NRE 1750Hp. TT sb.chevy 260 MPH backed up and recorded frome a dead stop in three miles on a dirt lakebed not once but twice and also holds the record for fastest car driven by a blind driver

  • @sirlonghair That got left out for a number of reasons. First it is a copy of several other cars. The body is Saleen S7, the nose is Lotus Elise, and the rear is Pagani Zonda. And I am not talking similarities, but exact copies. 2 There has been no third party tests. 3 The engine only makes 1750hp on race gas. About 1100hp on pump. 4 Is it truly a production car?

  • @TheOfficialKC yes your right about fuel but are dismissing the FACT it has two gas tanks two fuel pumps two fuel lines two fuel regulators and 16 fuel injectors and a computer management system that turns on the secondary fuel system filled with guess what RACE FUEL wen boost demands more OCTANE to keep from detonating Nelson Racing calls it octane on demand system and it only even used 900Hp.to make the 260 MPH run on DIRT it is most defiantly one of the top 3 fastest if not the fastest car

  • @sirlonghair I am not dismissing the octane on demand. I know all about it since I am a big fan of Nelson Racing Engines. But in order to be counted for a PRODUCTION, STREET car record, it must be done on pump gasoline and meet all of the EPA standards to drive on the street.

So, when they test with pump gas only and pass emissions to sell the car as a production car then I will consider them. And they should design their own body.

  • @TheOfficialKC at lowest boost it is only running on pump gas.making 900 Hp @ the weals and that was the trim it ran wen it did 260 from a dead stop in three miles on dirt let it run just another couple degrees of twist on the boost regulator Tom Nelsons ls3 will make 1100hp. on pump gas and still have a tank of race fuel waiting to be sucked up making 1750Hp.like I said, you just push a button on a controller unit and it passes emissions changing the tune

  • @sirlonghair Yes, it MAY pass emissions. Have they tested it? If it does pass emissions for 1100hp then it must run the top speed run in 1100hp mode only. In which it will take longer than 3 miles but that is irrelevant. So when they do pass the emissions, do sell teh car as production, and then do test in on pump gas, EPA legal, then I will count it. No doubt it is insanely fast, but it must prove its street legality.

And, again, they need to design their own body.

  • @TheOfficialKC as far as I know the 1750 hp Ls3 in the Keating (NRE) is emission legal in 48 states as is the 572's for the dagger I think an engine is designed for California under 1100HP for the dagger

  • @sirlonghair I know Dagger is dealing with all the emissions legalities. They hired a man just for that duty to make the 572 legal. But as far as I know about Keating it is a one man job. Maybe a few people. But I doubt anything like Dagger. And I know Nelson doesn't care about emissions, they usually put the engines in classic cars that aren't governed.

  • nice video. i'm really looking forward to the release of the SSC UA II, the zenvo and the agera.

  • i have one question: what about the vector Wx-8? Beacuse on vector official website says: "WX8 is currently in development" and in the highest performance version, with 1850 hp, they claim that the car can beat 300mph... but on internet, i found that someone (i didn't understand who) in 2008 tested the speed and the car beat "only" 270 mph... so, they are really right now developing this car or not? I'm confused XDXDXD

  • @rockandmetal4lifeeee Vector's website has said "currently in development" since like 2007. I have checked the website and have not seen a single change. I have yet to see a running car except the one that could only cruise around at 5mph.

Vector was always full of themselves, making huge claims when they were first around. I just really doubt the WX8 will be produced.

  • @TheOfficialKC oh thanks for the informations! XD but, I really hope that SSC Ultimate Aero II and Transtar Dagger GT will be produced, and I hope they will beat bugatti (yeah, I don't like too much that car XD) And I'm not american! XDXD

  • @rockandmetal4lifeeee The new SSC WILL be produced. Supposedly by the end of the year.

The Transtar Dagger GT, well we will see. Too many start up companies have died with huge promises. They have a pretty good list of people on the team though so they have a chance.

  • @TheOfficialKC fuck yeah for the SSC

  • SSC ULTIMATE AERO II RULES THE WORLD!!!!

  • the one looks like an ultimate aero

  • Zenvo ST1 Top speed: is 233 mph, you think a car with more 1000HP could do 240 MPH +, which i think should be they standers for "Hypercars".

  • @super00su I believe it is electronically limited to 233mph though. Should go well over that with the limiter off. Doesn't look very aerodynamic though so maybe not much over 240.

  • @TheOfficialKC It looks sexy and different, so props. Have you see the stuff Underground race does? Like $320,000.00 you can get a 240 MPH + Audi R8 V10. They just built a Lamborghini Gallardo that hit 250 MPH.

  • @super00su Similar company to Heffner's Performance. They built a Ford GT that hit 267mph in the mile.

  • @TheOfficialKC To be fair you don't really need to do more the 240 mph anyway :P

  • @twztd28 I agree. You don't need 240mph much less 270mph. In fact 180 is enough even for race tracks. But that is why I like the Ultimate Aero, you don't NEED to go 250 to get the sensation of speed and thrill. It is engaging, it is fast, it handles great, it is light and flickable, and is just barely as luxurious as it needs to be for the road. You could enjoy the car it's whole life at under 150mph, unlike the boring Veyron, but it still offers the ability to go 270mph if you get the chance.

  • Super Sports Car = Supercar

    High Horsepower Supercar = Hypercar

Get it right get it tight!

  • @super00su I saw you commented on a Fenix Supercar video. I agree with you, Lee Noble is awesome. He is one of my favorite designers. Lee Noble, Gordon Murray, and Jim Hall.

  • @TheOfficialKC People don't understand, to me a sports car is a work of art, and people like Lee Noble, are great artist.

  • ssc ultimate aero 2 will destroy all!

  • @YUBU8 hennessey venom gt will destroy ssc ultimate aero 2

  • @cyleong01 dont matter USA wins eitherway lol

  • The SSC (2010) is better for a lot of reasons, but I hope they add even more reasons with the 2011! USA! USA! lol
