  • Hi! I bought this phone about one month ago...

But if I push the music button on the right, my phone opens another program not that you showed in the video...it opens an applications named "music" ... Maybe is the same applications that you showed but I saw that them are different in the graphics!

I'm sorry for the mistakes that I wrote, I'm Italian and I'm 15...I hope that you understand what I want to say!! :D THANK YOU EVERYBODY!

  • @KEKKO271 I think that your phone has Google's Music App and not the Spotify App that the one in the video has. You can get Spotify from the Android Market however I'm not sure if the music button will work, but give it a try :D

  • @GadgetFirst - I'm trying to find this application in the market...but it's so difficult, I don't know why but I can't find it! There's a lot of application but not one that called Spotify!

  • @KEKKO271 I'm not sure what you could do other than contact INQ :)

  • i need to know how to make it vibrate for a text message notifcation!!!!!! i cant figure it out

  • @iloveyou9831 I can't remember completely but if you go into the messaging app and press the menu button and go onto settings (or something similar) there should be a notification setting which allows you to put it onto vibrate.

  • Hello my friend..

I had the older inq and I haaatee it... it was a piace of junk.... therefore i am scared of getting this new cloud.... the thing is... I will get it for free just like the nokia e71.... which i m prefering right now just for the mark... NOKIA!! for me it is quite important the GPS I dont wanna pay connection to internet.. but this piece is android right? which is the new thing... the e71 a symbian... both i ll get them for 10$a month with 2 year contract... what should i do? :(

  • i have the white one

  • Im getting a new phone around christmas and I want to know should I get the samsung galaxy Ace or the INQ cloud touch? If some one has either of these phones can you tell me how it is. Im hoping for a: almost lag free phone, good battery, can get apps/games (does not matter if it is like 3-d games.), good music player, and easy texting. Also on the INQ touch can I remove any apps that originally came with it and how does it affect me when they say it doesn`t have adobe flash?

  • @lifeizthebox don't get a inq cloud touch, my friend has gone through 3 of them in the 1st month of buying it cus of problems being leggy and things fucking up cus the phones not put together well. my inq cloud is the shittiest thing ever. its slow, crashes my soft keys broke and the touch screen fucks up. and i few other people i know that have it have a lot of problems with it. the phone is put together cheap.

  • @lifeizthebox Neither of these phones will be lag free unfortunately. The INQ would be slightly less laggy, as a friend of mine has the Ace and it is quite laggy.

  • @GadgetFirst Well that blows and what do you mean the Ace is slower? It says it has a faster processor. Oh well I was thinking of getting the nexus S but it is quite expensive. So I narrowed it down the to the nexus S (if I save enough) Galaxy Ace, INQ cloud Touch or the Lg optimus chat. Any suggestions? I like the nexus S but it has no memory card slot, Ace is nice but the clod touch looks better (but It as no flash) and the chat is nice but kinda small and cheap.

  • @lifeizthebox I can't explain why but for some reason the Ace interface just isn't as smooth as the INQ. The LG has a low resolution screen so I wouldn't recommend it. The Nexus S is the best phone of the lot but as you said it could take some saving, but in my opinion it would be worth it.

  • @GadgetFirst Thanks even if it takes me forever to save up for it I rather not be on a contract. Im not the one to get everything new but I defintly do not want to get a phone like I have now ( qwerty with no usb cable so no games / music, and just kind of bad.) Anyways thanks for the help! I have been reaserching for a bit and now I have my anwser.

  • i dont get spotify?

  • This is alot like the lg optimus v from virgin mobile.

  • Well seeing as I dropped Inq Chat 3g in water I may have to buy a new phone. Might be looking into this one through Koodo

  • is t free downloading games

  • is there wifi? cauz i didn't see it in the settings..

  • @hubbaman6 Yes. There is WiFi :)

  • is the camera any good

  • @Remixant For quick snaps and capturing the moment it's not bad in daylight but in darker scenes the lack of flash renders it useless. As for video, it records in 480p and isn't too good, but along with the price of the phone it's not bad. We've got a video from the phone on our Channel :)

  • Thank you :)

  • Does android market work on it ?

  • @josephcall1 Yep, there is access to the android market :)

  • Can U Do A 3D Game Performance Review

  • @madnez93 Unfortunately we don't have the phone anymore so we can't, but game performance wasn't too bad. 2D Games such as Angry Birds ran smoothly but some 3D games will require a more powerful system to run smoothly.

  • In defence of the phone:

The build quality's good, its just made out of plastic, which is one of the reasons for the low price!

The icons are were designed to be retro :3

No flash is something we saw on inq's old phones too. Again, money saving=low price.

Just pointing out, the phone has two music players.

The built in one for having music that you've bought, and spotify if you have a subscription. They're both good apps, each with a widget.

The music button only works with spotify though.

  • getting this phone tomorrow! so stoked :D

  • gettin it next week, cant wait!

  • @oOAvokesOo Good choice, it's still one of the best phones in it's price range :)

  • @GadgetFirst i know ! its very affordable :p

  • wow u have three hands

  • @mrfossy919 that is most definitely not my colleague Anthony, its actually a rare mutation ;)

  • Great review!

  • Hi i had a question about this phone, does the texting screen rotate? so you can type on the side.

  • @Rossse500 Yep, Indeed it does :)

  • @GadgetFirst great thanks! soo i bought this phone and the play/pause dos'int work when the screen is off is this what it does?

  • @Rossse500 Yeah, the Play/Pause button is used for quickly controlling songs and long pressing it opens the music app (Spotify) I'm not sure why it doesn't work when the screen is off however. Sorry.

  • I noticed on the home screen that the big Facebook notification window is not there, unlike in the other videos. Did you just move it to another slide on your home screen? You can do that? Also not one video I've seen for this phone has showed me the texting feature; so can I even text on this phone???

  • @mooooooveover We moved the notifcation widget because we found it wasnt updating properly. Also, the messaging app is pretty much the same as standard android so it's pretty good, sorry for not going into this on the video.

  • Hey nice vid,

If i buy this phone on pay as you go will the whole facebook integration still be free for me to use it. Also is this phone any good for anything else other than facebook?

  • @TheAVDProductions The facebook integration works through your internet so you'd have to make sure that you either have enough credit on the phone to use the internet. Although some carriers give you free internet when you top up the phone. The phone is quite good considering the price, its just the build quality which lets it down really.

  • is the battery on this phone good , does it last for a long time & when the batter level says 34:43 what does that mean ?

  • @MrYanicjoe12 The battery isn't that good, it'll need charging everyday. The number you see (34:43) is the amount of hours it estimates it'll last but it rarely lasts that long.

    Thanks

    Tristan

  • thanx man great phone

  • is that a phone??? i want to buy a new phone and am kinda lost with all of those cell ;)

if i don't have facebook is that phone good for me???

  • @Ozynka Yes, this is still a phone. If you don't have facebook then it's still a very good phone for the price and it will work much like other android phones. The facebook login isnt required.

Hope this helped, any more help needed just say :)
