    Hey, were you always thin? I'm trying to gain mass while being raw vegan but there's no raw athletes trying to put on weight. Any help appreciated.

  • When you detox completely, you're going to gain weight again. So go for the herbal cleanses.. ;)

  • check out a guy named IGOR BOUTENKO hes raw vegan, 52 yrs old 5' 10" 185 lbs. solid Muscle and can do 1,000 push ups !

  • the reason that there are not more raw athletes: you ll see the incredible improvement of performance after 2 or 3 weeks. Those who try it stop after one or a few days when they get a cold(detoxing) and when they say: Raw food makes u sick. Thats like a alcoholic things that non-drinking makes him shivering and beeing sick as hell.

  • It's great to see more people trying raw. In my group of family & friends people are so resistant. It's hard watchin your father & sister suffer w/diabetes & they're too stubborn to do what they need to improve their health. Sara
