Legalize herb. This would create many jobs...growing, packaging, etc. Police could concentrate on real drugs, not a harmless herb. Of course, it would create tax revenue. We could stop putting tons of people in jail for having, distributing this herb. This would undercut tons of revenue from cartels and gangs.
