A simple flag juggling explanation.

MLG Run speed = 110%

Holding Flag Speed = 75%

When you throw it, you start running at 110%. When you pick it up, your run at 75%. So Juggling makes you run at an average of 85-95% speed.

it is worth the risk. if you jump, look up and let go like he does in the vid, you actually go faster than a normal running spartan. So it doesnt matter on giving away your position cos your runnng away faster.

If you miss a head shot, the finishing blow is easier done with a BR then a snipe, and is better for ammo purposes...
