Great video, i really need to do this. I'm a college student so i spend alot of hours sitting through lectures and then i come on home and sit on my computer all day which is not good. I will give this a go tomorrow morning and see what happens. :) My body feels stiff maybe this can help me out.

I am on the path to losing weight, I joined weight watchers. I have 80 lbs to lose I have already lost 15lbs & I've only been on the program for 3 weeks. My belly is outta control I will be sure to add this to my routine thank u

@queeny107 There is a tricep video that I posted a while back, but it was mainly for exercises to do with things around the house. I've been asked to do some exercises with weights, so there will be a video with that coming up too. Thanks so much for watching!! :0)
