One of the great classic rock songs. Crow does it full justice. For my taste, this song is most effective with less production and fewer instruments. But this rendition is powerful.
Hmmm? She's got here eyes on little Derek, what a bitch, doesn't she know he's married! Now Susans a bit of a cougar but Crow is twice his age and looks it. Man, she sure sang the shit out of this song though, wow; what a great vocalist! I would like to put my tusk right up the south end of that north bound mule just to watch here scream in pain. "The Bluesman" I'm REAL. Thats the way, Uh Huh, Uh Huh, I like it....

My words may have been a bit too harsh and mistaken. Derek is an incredible guitarist and what I shouild have said was this solo doesn't measure up, in my opinion, to his great talent. Crow's still a cunt though. "The Bluesman" Thats the way, Uh huh, Uh huh, I like it!

Crow is an arrogant bitch. I met her once and she was the worlds biggest snob and refused an autograph to a kid that was standing and waiting forever to get her attention. A real world class asshole. The Trucks solo on this sucks, way too many notes. My God, slow the fuck down kid and take some lessons in pacing and spacing.
@ebay9302 I anticipate your response video demonstrating your keen sense of pacing and spacing. While this was by no means my favorite Trucks solo, I thought your criticism to be a bit harsh. I look forward to being educated by your playing.
Eric? Who cares? Steve Winwood sang this originally on the Blind Faith album. ('tho, to tell the truth, Eric's versions are always quite ok in concert). SuperDino, I agree with you, but only 'cuz you said "major". It's a shame so many of the excellent acts out there aren't getting deserved recognition.
This is why I love Shreyl Crow. She and Kid Rock are the only 2 major, current artists in music today who are keeping the spirit of classic American rock alive.
I didn't realize this chick was so cool. Anyone the ABB lets on the stage with them has to have serious cred.

@stevevandien Not bad. The vocal sounds a lot like Yvonne Elliman's version.
