Sorry you had trouble. Please go to the counter when they are open or fill out a yellow customer service card. The customer service cards are usually posted in the lobby or you can ask for one at the counter when they are open.
It was like a year ago and I don't really care about it anymore, but thanks for the help anyway. The post office has been mostly good since then, mailing letters and stuff.
