well I contacted the support they told me they are having some technical issues.. they are replacing one of their HDDs. usually VBM 2 won't work if there is no connection to their server. since their server is down I suppose it wont work.
hopefully they will fix this by today or tomorrow.
you can download it from their site and no I can't provide you with serials. I don't wanna lose my license..
