Glad to see you are doing well. You might consider having your thyroid checked. I was treated for carpal tunnel only to find out it wouldn't have done any good. My thyroid was in overdrive and as a result my wrists were swelling. Fixed the thyroid, no more trouble with my wrists. I work on a computer all day too so wrists are necessary. Good luck in Canada.

I agree with possum, you are better off in Canada than the UK. The UK is too compact, it can not grow enough food for itself if imports are cut off. Its North Sea oil production is plummeting.
