Perhaps more telling is the fact that societies where Muslim compose the largest demographic group, the kind of political regimes the population is willing to accept is far more illiberal (fewer civil rights) than the average Western society. Sure, not all of them are terrorists, but most of them are OK with it if they believe the cause.
