It's done alll wrong.

If i had a camera i'd show you but i'll tell you.

First - Concealer then foundation

Second - Apply a light coat over you eye almost entirely, thena med shade your natural eye shape, not to much!

3rd - Apply a darker (not to dark) color on the corner and under your eye with a slimmer brush. THHENNN the eyeliner thenn the mascara.. there are reasons for allll of that.. LAST BRONZERR! in this order cheeks forehead nose thennn chin...

First- I already have my foundation on.

Second- You put concealer OVER your foundation so it actually covers the blemish!
