DOUBLE ANKLE SWEEP! for the guy in white gi..im still a white belt and last tournament i went to 2 other white belts got double ankle sweeped after stading up in my closed guard..you had it white gi
pretty good match...the guy in the blue gi should've pushed from the ankle and not from the knee when standing up in closed guard...this is verry effective. But overall, good match...
1:04 blue could have stepped his right leg over his body and flipped white around and did the walla of jericho! very unorthadox but hey whatever works
To the guy in white gi: you did good bro but you could've ended the match right away b/c the guy in blue seemed like he didn't know what to do.....as soon as you pulled him into your guard, you could've locked him into an armbar

blue didnt have a clue what to do while he was standing, he couldve fought off the wrist control grabbed his gi trousers by the knees and controlled him with it until he got side control.
@ninjiujitsu1@airframemech78. If u guys rewatch the video I fight for wrist control before standing up. So actually we was smart to not go for that sweep because I was controling one arm. U can't do a double ankle sweep with one arm. But anyhow. Thanks for. Watching the video.
feather i tried light feather for the pan ams and i didnt make it by a pound and a half pretty lame im weighing like 145 right now, are you getting promoted soon?
hey man thats me fighting haha yeah good fight that day i had cut so much weight i felt like complete crap, my first tournament as well i had only been training like 3 months at the time, you def caught me very well that match hopefully we get another chance to do it maybe at the mundials im sure we have both greatly improved cool match tho man thanks for the post!!!
Hey man I'm glad to see you are still training hard. The bjj community is so small, especially in so cal so I'm gald to see your on the up and up. I'll definitely see you around. What weight class are you fighting in?
at the one minute mark the guy in the white should have unhooked his legs, dropped his hips to the floor, and simultaneously grabbed both of the opponents feet and sweap them.
that would make him land on the mount, or at least side control. he deserved to lose for not doing that - stupid mistake.
come on robbie u suck!!! ur making ur mama sad!!!

Double ankle sweep was ther for at least 20 seconds. But thats why there white belts. Learn from your mistakes.

baseball bat choke, you set it up like your holding a baseball bat, so when you go to north south you have a cross choke.
