  • I don't care what anybody says that is a badass sound and his exhaust don't hang that low.

  • jizz......

  • HOLY SHIT THAT WAS AWSOME, JEJE I PUTTING ONE OF THOSE IN MY CHARGER. :) MAY I ASK WHATS THE RETAIL PRICE OF SOEMTHING LIKE A CUTOUT?

  • @SONYMAN915

I bought them thru JEGS and they are made by Doug's. I think the total cost including the weld in "Y's" was around 6 or 7 hundred. There are cheaper ones on the market, but you get what you pay for.

  • @SONYMAN915 brilliant, these are not known about in the UK yet! They are ideal for racing!!!!

  • why not jus buy the cable cut outs run the cable throw ur car into ur dash or somwhere and its just as easy

  • @fordboy111591

When you spend 100 grand restoring a car to showroom condition, you don't want to go low class on the cut-outs and have some cable sticking out of the dash or floorboard. Besides the cable version is notorious for leaking. If the cable cut-outs are all you can afford, then that is what someone should run.

  • @gettinghosed haha show room condition? your exhaust hangs down basically to the ground, and the cut out is huge, sounds nice it just looks terrible

  • @gettinghosed You spent 100k ? On what? Gold headers? That looks shitty! Electric cutout that looks like a hick installed it and hanging so low. Retard.

  • @HeroSavage his name is gettinghosed

  • Wow it sounds like a Harley!

  • Man that car sound so sweet.

  • yeah those are the 600 doller ones fucking dumb expensive haha

  • @walkingfreak Actually, those plus installation is around 300, at a good place.

  • @67stang721 Really well that sounds cheaper

  • @walkingfreak Yeah i called a place up about me and my dads '67 mustang, 300 dollars.

  • @walkingfreak

Being stainless, they won't rust and/or stick should moisture settle in the slides.

I figured with what I had in the car, what's another 300 dollars.

  • Can you stop them at 1/4 1/2 or 3/4 open? Or is it only fully opened or closed? Thanks

  • I am doing exactly what you suggest.

  • Yes, they are operated by a spring loaded toggle switch and can be opened or closed in any range of position.

  • what i dont understand is that you already have an exhaust thats somewhat loud. why dont you keep the exhaust quiet for daily driving around and open the cut outs when you want to show off?

i guess only import guys get harassed about thier exhaust which is why i kept mine stock.

  • didnt rev--lame

  • I didn't want to destroy a nice digital camera.

Check some of my other videos where I nail it with the cut-outs open,

  • @gettinghosed what's the vehicle? I wanna do that to my Tahoe.

  • Great car and I love the cutouts. I have DMH electric cutouts on my black 69 GTO. Check out my videos!

  • Thanks!

I don't remember if I bought these thru JEGS or Summitt. Either way, Doug's cut-outs are the best. Full opening gate valve, not a wafer valve. they come in 2", 2 1/2" and 3".

There is nothing like pulling up to an intersection and some guy next to you with loud pipes revs up his car/truck only to be answered with opening the cutouts!!!!!!

  • Sweet, I have always wanted to do that.

  • So badass...
