Sometimes tendons, ankles, legs can be broken. any diving caught is a foul, and rewarded with a yellow card.

Ive been to the hospital 3 times in 20+ years for serious injuries while playing this great game. It sickens me when I see these professional cry-babies milking it for officials...fans cant stand it and it takes away from the game at this level...I wish I could give them something to really cry about. Video replay should be used either during or post match to dish out appropriate harsh penalties to these embellishing fakers.
It is the WORST part of soccer/football imho.
