The guy with Dime and Dino is Tony Wiggins who was Pantera`s busdriver and roadie for several years.. This is from around 97-98 when Phil had grown back his hair, and tensions within the band had start to grown. The fall out happend after 9/11-01 when Pantera cancelled their european tour after the attacks on WT center. Phil said he wanted to take time off to go htrough his much needed back surgery and recover. Sadly he focused on side projects, and fell out with the Pantera boys.
