Well... The banks do indeed pay the working person back - maybe. If the thief empties the entire bank account, how does the working person proceed to buying groceries, filling up his car etc, the bank does not reimburse you immediately. i destroyed a skimming device earlier this very evening. it was attahed to the awning where the ATM was on the side of a building. i dont use ATMs myself but my mom, my GF and several of my friends do, not to mention the countless people I dont even know.(who knows how many they managed to rip off before i found it.) so i just yanked it off the awning ,disabled it in a not-so-subtle way and gave its remains to a bank security guard.

AT 1:11 THAT GUY HAS NO IDEA WTF HE'S TALKING ABOUT GIFT CARDS DO NOT WORK FOR THAT IT HAS NEVER WORKED. I hate it when these so called news people have done any real investigation into this and spread garbage like that. You have to use blank PVC cards or buy and reuse igen or used up simon mall cards.

@TheAtlod no they are not the same, they look the same. I tried many many times to reuse gift cards from say Victoria's secret, or those GC from Nordstrom's, every GC i ever tried never worked. The Simon gift cards worked tough those where basically debit cards, so those worked, i was way to busy to keep trying all diffrent GC to see what did work. But not all GC will work i am a veteran at this shit.

i destroyed a skimming device earlier this very evening. it was attahed to the awning where the ATM was on the side of a building. i dont use ATMs myself but my mom, my GF and several of my friends do, not to mention the countless people I dont even know.(who knows how many they managed to rip off before i found it.) so i just yanked it off the awning ,disabled it in a not-so-subtle way and gave its remains to a bank security guard.
