Halo reach is still gonna be halo there still gonna be the fights over the power weapons, and the spread/cooldown thing on the guns was already there in the previous games just didnt show up on the screen like in reach and for the loadouts its just like equipment in halo 3 but now you dont have to walk across the map to get it.
