My internet was turned off and I was given a "warning" when I called my ISP to find out why... They quickly turned it back on, so I can't complain too much... The truth is file sharing is illegal, and should have punishment, but to punish people without trial or any proof? That's rediculous... Our government is abusing it's position and this act is completely unconstitutional

I cant comprehend how theyre gonna dtop people sharing files or data online anyway?? Thats all downloading is anyway isnt it??

Are you kidding me, National supported the bill as well and have an even more Pro-Corporate stance than Labour do. I cannot see either major party doing anything but supporting this bill. And that thas been proven time and time again during the meeting with the Govt, along with anyone from National. The greens seem to be the only party that actually understand. Sharing is the cornerstone of all soceity, without the sharing of ideas we are back to the dark ages.

bullshit. national arent there to restrict everyone like your beloved greens and labour are. National wants to introduce ultra high speed fibre optic internet. How do you expect that they want to do that and then try and get in the middle of it all and stop people sharing.?? At the end of the day neither party will be able to stop sharing even if they wanted to.
