  • NJT Has the best highfloors buses than any fleet can ever have:)

  • @flyerbuses5000 I must agree on that!!! NJT always takes great care of their buses, that's a fact.

  • The Cummins ISL9 is awesome especially with it providing rapid acceleration (can be proved by hearing it as it shifts up between gears in the transmission), and its quieter. The CAT engines are good as well though the engine is loud (mostly heard from the radiator) though I seen some of other videos where that the radiator is turned off, and the engine provides a slightly slower acceleration (as heard from the inside as the transmission switches gears while the bus is accelerating)

  • I Absoultely agree, the Cummins ISL9 is smoother and quieter than the C13.  THANKS!!! Cummins makes good bus engine that's for sure!!!

  • Yes, from SEPTA's 2003 to 2005 Cummins ISL powered D40LF, to NJ Transit's Cummins Powered NABI as well.

  • @seClip9 The 2003 Overhauled D40LFs from SEPTA had the EPA 2004 ISL which was mega loud; The 2004 Overhauls and the 2005s have the ISL EPA 07 version, but believe me this NJT NABI has the EPA 2010 ISL engine, and it's very quiet.

  • @juan833blue Despite SEPTA's 2004-2005 New Flyers have EPA 2007 engine, they're still loud of course.
