---do normal squats(holding a a heavy ball)do the walking squats too i duno what u call that-
--then do about 2 min skipping(non-stop)
--then do 20 push ups and sit ups!! i do more than 20 sit up..but if u wanna focus on one area i suggest you to take one day for only ur upper/lower body! but 1st do about 20 to 30 minz run to boost up ur heart rate
***and do all these 2 to 3 sets all together! it works! for me!

instead of just doing a simple jump, i add a jumping jack during that one jump all at once landing with my feet back together, makes for an ultimate burpee lol. i we just had another earthquake as i was typing this
