    start with 20, then pause for 30 secs. then 19, pause. 18, pause etc down to one.

  • he forgot to add the jump at the end, you dont "stand up" you jump, land, repeat, that's what makes it a great conditioning exercise.

  • in football we called them squat thrusts? which i think is a totally different workout i think. i dunno, my coach wasnt a very smart man...

  • i used to do this but when i would get up i would go straight to do a pull up ( overhand) then when i got a lil more advance would do a squad / jump to buepees pull up (mid grip overhand) to deeps (meaning i would go from doing a pull and ending up in a "deep" position for my triceps ( i do not know how to describe all of this but i hope you guys know what im talking about. )

  • Weighted bar bell thursters X 10, Burpees X 10, 10 rounds, finish with 3 Turkish get ups with each arm (dumb bell, kettle ball, weighted bar bell). You'll probably throw up after this.

    A jump and clap would be difficult to animate. They have an exercise called "Star Stands' aswell for the same reason.

  • if u really wanna workout ur upper and lower body--

    ---do normal squats(holding a a heavy ball)do the walking squats too i duno what u call that-

    --then do about 2 min skipping(non-stop)

    --then do 20 push ups and sit ups!! i do more than 20 sit up..but if u wanna focus on one area i suggest you to take one day for only ur upper/lower body! but 1st do about 20 to 30 minz run to boost up ur heart rate

    ***and do all these 2 to 3 sets all together! it works! for me!

    i play football my coach love it to let us do this exersise for 10 min xD

  • itsx more cardio then chest work out, i done about 20 and i felt more out of breath but cant feel much effect in my chest and tricept area compared to a normal 20 pushup

  • we do these in badminton training, during a drill if we make a mistake, thats 5 burpees to the tally, at the end of the drill complete the amount of burpees u racked up xD

  • iv been doin this for about ... 6 months, i have the four pack the 6 is comin in, and my arms are gettin stronger. Really consider makin this a part of your life style. it helps

  • my test results are getting good i try this at home about 1-2 hours the next day a get hospital by cracking my back but the workouts are good ^^

  • yes, it increases your metabolism throughout the day and works out the majority of your main body parts

  • instead of just doing a simple jump, i add a jumping jack during that one jump all at once landing with my feet back together, makes for an ultimate burpee lol. i we just had another earthquake as i was typing this
