Rubinstein was better. Asians, especially Japanese are incapable of sincere expression of emotion. And for those you who believe that this is the standard then you have my condolences.
Just beautifully played. You can hear and feel your 70 years of life experience which compliments this piece perfectly! Your playing of this has inspired me to also start playing again. Thank you Mr Nagai!
This nocturne by Chopin doesn't have any opus number. And the posth (posthumous) means that the piece was published after Chopin died. Therefore, no number was assigned by Chopin for the piece, as he would to his pieces when he was still alive. LOL

I love this piece, but this is not played at all the way it should be. It almost sounds shrill. He doesn't even use the dampening pedal!

the very very standard.
the trills are good. expression is the right like an arpeggio to the left a little bit later.
what is missing is the deeply emotional face of the interpret.
nobody on earth can play this fast and piano scale in the finish, this was chopin, he did.
