  • No but thats because its not just a straight pipe. It has very close to the same back presure as the stock muffler.

  • Have you noticed any torque decrease at low RPM with straight pipes?

  • I have a 2009 XB12Ss (EU version), your modified pipe sound excellent! How did you do it? is it possible to share the HOW to's? thanks a lot.

  • Lol, thanks bud.

  • Fuck these haters. You bought a REAL bike. Buell is the shit.

  • Anchorage!

  • aaaa you lucky you can ride in winter too 1!!!!

  • looks a little cold

  • I'm guessing by your "fart quake Harley" comment you don’t like American muscle. I personally do and I'm pretty sure based on Harley sales most people out there do as well. I was trying to make my Harley engine sound like a Harley in the end so thanks for the compliment and thanks for watching. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask I would be happy to answer them for you.

  • @neil5t9ik1 You may want to add a fuel controller because your bike will run lean now with the greater flow. I created my own baffle for my cg giving it about 4 times more flow and added the fuel controller which made the sound amazing as well as a very noticable boost in throttle response. No jap bike could run with me in the canyons.

  • Once I figured out the cubic volume, length and diameter of the pipes inside the stock muffler I started to make my own. A design that closely reassembled the factory muffler without any of the sound dampening or bulk. A few months after I put it all back together I put the bike on a dyno. As I said no increase but more importantly NO decrease.

  • Lol, thanks for the insult BLACKDoutb6Rider. If you had of asked about the exhaust I would have told you a bit about it. I am not going to tell you I gained any hp "at least not anything worth talking about" but I didn’t lose any either. To make sure of this I dissected the stock muffler so I could both measure the sizing of the pipes inside it and better understand how the reactive valve worked.

  • doesnt matter bout sound its performance and u killed quite a few hp with that "custom exhaust"it now sounds like a fart quake harley

  • Sweet looking bike. Too bad they are defunct.

  • No not for sale any more, I just couldnt let it go. I am 6' tall.

  • still for sale??????where do u live, also how tall are you? thanks

  • To my knowledge you can't get anything like this exhaust done anywhere. I spent a lot of time building it my self because I think a Haley engine should sound like a Harley engine. Not a lawnmower like these bikes do from the factory.

  • Lol all that shit is snow. I filmed the video in the winter in Canada.

  • WHATS ALL THAT SHIT piled up on the side of the road?

  • @pbmax cocaine

  • Very nice sounding bike

  • where can I get the exhaust done??- I'm buying a xb12s soon & would like to know??

  • did anybody notice the slip at 0.54

  • Very interested in this exhaust you made. New to Buells but i have a xb12 that looks a lot more Streetfighter than it does sportbike. I want a straight exhaust. If you could email me and let me pick your brain and see some pics if you got em that be awesome. BuellGT2010@yahoo.com

  • Still for sale?

  • Pure beauty.

  • Sounds absolutely awesome! Nice bike dude.

  • On the Buell's there is a exhaust dump that as you give the bike more gas opens up. It shortens the exhaust and therfore has less back presure so the bike makes better HP at high rpm.

  • hey you have a reall nice bike i want to do that to my bike but what is the reactive valve?
