actually you should choose a concealer that's a bit darker than your skin color; not lighter. a darker color will help neutralize the dark circles rather then lightening it up. hope this makes sense:)

Well i think it does matter cuz its still part of your foundation routine wich @kaileemckenzie said its drugstore, all products need to be drugstore even if their optional a lot of people use all these steps.

On one video she clearly stated that her skin wasn't perfect and that the camera just makes it seem that way, and its actually true. A lot of non HD cameras can do that, so just leave her alone and if she wants to wear foundation then she can. :)
