  • hmmm... I'm not buying this... Did the reiki heal her or was it just a placebo effect?

  • And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

  • @Damn6Deal6Done6 As Albert Einstein once said "condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance". I wouldn't knock something until you have tried it for yourself personally. Reiki is based on subtle energies. There are those who think this is a scam but the church take it seriously enough as to dislike it especially when you are giving it freely. It takes away their control.

  • @Agui007 And why do people that are into psuedoscience use real scientists names to defend themselves? To try give their particular brand of nonsense a small part of legitimacy. Reiki is nonsense and any one who believes otherwise is thinking wishfully and/or are very very dumb... or are a bored middle aged housewife with no real hobbies.

  • @Damn6Deal6Done6 If you have no intelligent remark on the subject leave it alone and go and use big pharma instead. They are more than happy to gradually kill off the masses of people. Closed minded people are so everywhere.

  • To understand reiki it's best to understand basic vibrational science and even sacred geometry.

  • @Agui007 While I do appreciate alternative practices, I must ask, how do you define "vibrational science" and is there true science to back up what this practice claims? Same for sacred geometry---what exactly does it claim to do and can it be proved, unequivocally...not just "I like pyramids." Not being snide here-but really asking. Reality is reality-wishful thinking is jus that. Alternatives can work, but not all are valid.

  • @PuddlesMcNiggley

Sacred Geometry is everywhere. Be proactive and reserach your questions.

  • @koscheii666 I have heard so many people toss around "sacred geometry" and heard so many definitions...I alsways ask, EXACTLy to what are you referring? And HOW has this version of sacred geometry of yours been researched and proven. Proactive research? No problem - getting a square answer to a fair question? Never seems to happen. Like with this response. Please educate me (I am sincere!) and not reply to a question with a question.

  • @koscheii666 My ass has sacred geometry. I have seen the pseudo-scientific shows/studies on this junk. You can correlate my colon to Mars, if you wan to. Where are the PROVEN scientific studies on "sacred geometry?" And hey...funny how things like "10" are sacred...ever think that if we were on another planet, with 12 fingers, that would be sacred? Please, you get facts, bring them to me.

  • Convincing desperate cancer sufferers that their life-threatening condition can be healed with reiki is not only scandalous but morally wrong and those promoting this practice should be criminally prosecuted. If rieki helps sooth anyone-great! But to imply more is insane and abysmally pathetic in those who take advantage of the weak and hopeless.

  • @PuddlesMcNiggley Alot of reiki practioners do this very beneficial work for free. To take advantage of another living thing is actually (in my opinion) the opposite of reiki.

  • @wvreddd Volunteering to soothe (basically lift the life-condition of a suffering human) is wonderful. Hats off. As long as it is not a substitute for efficacious and tested treatment-nor make any claim in that direction-then have at it. If it swerves, even closely, to any thing more, I would be extremely suspicious that people are taking advantage of the desperate. Calm and soothe? Groovy. Treat? Prosecute.

  • @PuddlesMcNiggley I agree....

  • Heal yourself @ w w w (dot) gmw (dot) myevolv (dot) com

  • is it effective for depression???

  • Why on earth would you think a suggestion of Reiki should lead to imprisonment? Now if you said "Anyone suggesting Reiki instead of connventional treatment should be jailed" you may make a more compelling argument.

  • Anyone suggesting Reiki for cancer should be jailed

  • why?

  • @louchemobile (Christian here 100%) The body was created to heal it self.. and GOD has given us power to remove sickness Mark 14...Think the harm radiation can cause someone just mentally, and to have the ability to relax and be at calm has to be a great feeling louche

  • if you find a class, it's easy to become a reiki healer, much harder to convince average ppl that it can help them. there are little things you can do to increase the power like light exercise just b4 giving reiki-esp. tai chi, chi gung ect...if you can't do ppl, work on animals, maybe the (so called)deceased,if not plants, and always self. but the animals don't lie, they're the real testimonials.

see ya in the purple blobs

  • This is great.
